Terms of Engagement

These Terms of Engagement outline the rules and responsibilities for clients engaging Flydestinations for immigration application processing. Compliance with these terms ensures efficient processing and protects Flydestinations from liability for delays or issues arising from non-compliance. By proceeding with our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Official Communication Channel
  • All communications related to your application must be conducted exclusively through the designated WhatsApp group created for your application.
  • Flydestinations is not liable for any delays, confusion, or denial of applications resulting from documents or information sent to individual staff members outside this group.
  • Clients must use the designated group for all inquiries, document submissions, and updates.
Working Hours
  • Our official working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Messages or submissions received outside these hours will be addressed at Flydestinations' discretion, which may result in delays.
Document Submission Requirements
  • Your assigned case officer will provide a comprehensive list of required documents upon commencement of your application.
  • All listed documents must be submitted within 7 days of the application commencement date.
  • Additional documents may be requested by supervisors during application reviews. Clients are responsible for providing these promptly.
  • Flydestinations is not liable for delays caused by late or incomplete document submissions, which may impact application submissions to embassies or third-party agencies.
Application Commencement
  • An application is deemed to have commenced on the date of payment for application processing fees.
  • In exceptional cases, the commencement date is the day the designated WhatsApp group is created for processing.
Bank Statement Validity
  • All bank statements submitted for applications must be valid and carry an expiry date of 30 days from the print date.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that updated and valid bank statements are provided at the time of application submission.
Timely Document Submission
  • Flydestinations requires all necessary documents, including bank statements and investment information, to be submitted at the earliest opportunity to avoid delays in application processing.
  • Delays in document submission may result in postponed application submissions, for which Flydestinations will not be liable.
Application Processing Timeline
  • Flydestinations aims to complete all applications within 7 days of receiving both the commencement fees and all required documents.
  • Clients must cooperate fully by providing accurate information and documentation promptly to meet this timeline.
  • Flydestinations is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or delayed submissions from clients.
Liability

Flydestinations is not responsible for delays, denials, or complications arising from:

  • Failure to use the designated WhatsApp group for communications.
  • Late or incomplete submission of required documents.
  • Submission of expired or invalid documents, such as bank statements.
  • Delays caused by embassies or third-party agencies beyond Flydestinations' control.
Flydestinations reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall within the non-refundable circumstances, safeguarding our business from liability for consular decisions or client actions.
Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must review and adhere to the document list provided by their case officer.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all documents are accurate, valid, and submitted within the specified timelines.
  • Clients must promptly respond to requests for additional information or documents to avoid processing delays.

By engaging Flydestinations for immigration services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Engagement. Failure to comply may result in delays or denial of your application, for which Flydestinations will not be held liable.
