Refunds Policy

Flydestinations Services Limited is committed to delivering exceptional visa and travel services. Our Refunds Policy ensures transparency and compliance with Nigerian laws, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018. Please review this policy carefully, as it governs all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered, at Flydestinations’ sole discretion, for issues not covered by the above circumstances. If approved, refunds will be subject to a minimum administrative fee of N50,000 and will exclude any third-party fees.

Visa Application Outcomes: Flydestinations is not responsible for the approval or denial of visa applications, as decisions are solely at the discretion of consular or immigration authorities.
Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid by Flydestinations to third parties, including but not limited to visa application fees, biometric fees, hotel reservations, flight bookings, or other related costs, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Client Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations by clients after Flydestinations has commenced services, including but not limited to document preparation, application submission, or scheduling of appointments.
Client Delays or Negligence: Refunds will not be issued for service failures, delays, or application refusals caused by a client’s failure to provide complete, accurate, or timely documentation, attend scheduled appointments, or meet eligibility criteria set by consular or immigration authorities.
Changes in Client Circumstances: Personal changes, such as altered travel plans, financial constraints, ineligibility for a visa, or other client-driven decisions, do not qualify for refunds.
Partially or Fully Initiated Services: Any services initiated by Flydestinations, including preliminary consultations, document reviews, or application processing, are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or client’s decision to discontinue.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances, as these are outside Flydestinations’ control or result from client actions:

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Submit a Request: Complete the form below or email refunds@flydestinations.ng with your full name, transaction ID, service details, and reason for the request.
Provide Documentation: Submit relevant documents, such as payment receipts, service agreements, or evidence supporting your request (e.g., proof of non-delivery due to Flydestinations’ error).
Review Process: Flydestinations will review requests within 10 business days. Incomplete submissions will be denied.
Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, less a minimum administrative fee of N50,000. No refunds will include third-party fees.
Disputes: Any disputes will be handled in accordance with FCCPA 2018. Contact our legal team at legal@flydestinations.com.ng for escalation.

Legal Framework

This policy complies with Nigerian laws, including:

Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018: Ensures transparency in consumer transactions while allowing conditional refund policies, as per Section 120, to protect Flydestinations’ operational interests.
Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020: Refund agreements, if issued, are executed by authorized directors or secretaries as per Section 336, ensuring legal validity.

Flydestinations reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall within the non-refundable circumstances, safeguarding our business from liability for consular decisions or client actions.
